Kristine: Scrolling Marquee — Only administrators can enable java scrip on the wiki. If you're the administrator, click insert plugin and chose 'HTML/Gadgets'. From there chose HTML/Java scrip and make sure to check the box that says "Allow JavaScript and other potentially unsafe code"-Kristine
