I just participated in a Webinar with the Teachermagazine.org and I just got this quote: "The use of cellphones as a learning tool is gaining traction in the United States and abroad. Where some educators see the potential for cellphone misuse (texting, cheating, bullying), others see instructional potential. What is your opinion?
