You Tube Videos and school blocking

Hello,
Our school's blocking software is controlled at another location essentially by the school administration.  I am not unhappy with that arrangement.  I also agree with their decision in general to block You Tube.  On occasion, however I have found some really special material on You Tube that I would like to use.  I have worked with our filtering administrator and he helped me learn how to use You Tube Grabber types of software and the FLV viewer.  I am wondering how one can use the FLV software in  PB wiki setting?  Is it possible?
