When I read through the forum posts, I don't know who is referring to who(m). I was going to thank somebody for a nice reply but then I wasn't sure if it was meant for me or a post above mine. If I click on reply, the reply goes to the topic and not the individual. I've seen some replies that were indented under a comment but I'm not sure how that was done. Little help? Thanks.

Use the Quote option. Edit out the part of the text that is not relevent and then finish posting your comment.

Quoting helps but having the ability to have a threaded conversation would be better for our purposes here. Doesn't look like the company who made this discussion board built in that capability. This architecture seems more blog-like.
